In October 2019, my husband and I worked with Lisa to book a once in a lifetime trip to Israel to celebrate our recent retirement. We could not have been more pleased with the service provided by Lisa. The journey started with a mid-size group of about 16 people and a customized tour that she put together with a private tour guide, which covered important highlights and destinations from north to south. Rueven, our tour guide, was incredibly interesting and knowledgeable and a high point of this memorable trip. Lisa worked with Rueven daily giving him feedback on areas of particular interest to the group so that he could incorporate that into his talks. We visited Jerusalem, Safed, the Golan Heights, Tel Aviv/Jaffa, Caesarea, and Haifa with the tour group. Then, Lisa customized some add-ons for Eilat/Petra (Jordan), Tel Aviv, Haifa, etc. She completed a travel itinerary document that provided background information on all of the different places we planned on visiting with suggestions on museums, restaurants, beaches, and other activities. Lisa was extremely responsive to our needs. Not only did she scour each destination for the best value possible, but she also continued to watch for any new opportunities for us until the day we started our trip. The day before we were to return home, we encountered some difficulty obtaining our airline seat assignments. We called Lisa (extremely early in the morning for her), and to our relief, she quickly took care of the issue and got us our seat assignments. The best thing about working with Lisa is that it makes travel easy and hassle-free.Terri
